Class Schedule

• Mondays - 6pm-9:30pm

• Alternating Thursdays - 6pm-9:30pm

• Alternating Saturdays (opposite of Thursday Classes) - 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Additional dates may be scheduled as needed

• In the event of inclement weather or extenuating circumstances, virtual instruction may be needed.

Additional training or clinical locations may be utilized throughout the program.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTION

This program is hosted by the Boles Fire Protection District and taught by experienced emergency medical professionals.

Lead Instructor

Paramedic Sidney Casey

Adjunct instructors may participate throughout the course depending on the subject matter being taught.

TUITION & FEES

Tuition

$1,000

Course tuition includes:

• EMT Textbook or eBook

• CPR Certification

• T Shirt to be worn for class and clinicals

• Program materials

Additional fees or requirements may apply depending on clinical site requirements and certification testing.

 

Payment Information

A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold their seat for the class.

Accepted applicants will need to pay tuition in full by December 11, 2026, prior to the beginning of class.

WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN

Students enrolled in the EMT Program will receive training in:

• Emergency patient assessment

• CPR and basic life support

• Trauma care

• Medical emergencies

• Airway management

• Patient packaging and transport

• EMS operations

• Communication and documentation

• Emergency scene safety

• Real-world emergency response skills​

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

(Subject to change)

Applicants may be required to submit:

• Copy of valid driver’s license

• Immunization records

• Additional supporting documentation

Further information will be provided after acceptance into the program.

CLINICAL & COURSE REQUIREMENTS

• Background screening

• Vaccination verification

• Internet access with a camera. Virtual learning will utilize the GoToMeeting application.​
