Application Agreement (Required)
This permit application is subject to accuracy of information supplied in application, and subject, further that all requirements of the fire codes of the district are complied with. The permit may be revoked at any time, for any violation. The permit has no relation to zoning and does not authorize any use or action, which is prohibited under applicable zoning ordinance or other regulations of other governmental bodies, but only indicates permissibility of stated use under the fire codes of the Boles Fire Protection District.
