Application Agreement (Required)
*One set of digital stamped plans shall be submitted with this application. *Following review, a Permit Packet will be emailed to the applicant, and the permit will be issued upon receipt of the applicable permit fee.
*Digital plans shall be submitted to pmcdermott@bolesfiredistrict.org.
*Rough and final inspections must be requested, completed, and approved prior to occupancy or use of the structure.
*Fire district-approved plans shall remain on the job site at all times.
*Plans submitted for permit review must be complete, final plans.
Applicable Codes and Design Criteria
The code block shall reference the following adopted codes:
*2024 International Fire Code (IFC)
*2024 International Building Code (IBC)
*2024 International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (IWUIC)
*Any reference to a standard shall be to the edition referenced by the ICC codes listed above.
*These codes, together with the Boles Fire Protection District Ordinance, constitute the required design criteria. Submission of plans confirms that the documents have been prepared in accordance with these requirements.
