Command Staff
The Boles Fire Protection District Command Staff provides leadership and operational oversight to ensure the district remains prepared to respond to emergencies and meet the evolving needs of the community. These officers oversee key functions such as emergency operations, training and professional development, personnel management, fire prevention, and the readiness of apparatus and facilities.

Command Staff members participate in a rotating Duty Officer system, ensuring that a chief officer is always available to respond and assume the role of Incident Commander when needed. This approach supports consistent command-level decision-making and effective coordination during emergency incidents.

In addition to response leadership, Command Staff are responsible for long-range planning, policy implementation, and maintaining cooperative relationships with neighboring agencies and local government partners. Their commitment helps ensure the district continues to provide dependable, professional fire and rescue services to the community
